Develop a new progressive sustainable sportswear brand for the official FIBA 3×3 license in assignment for OCTA.MG.
CONCEPT
We developed their strategic merchandise business plan for the year 2023. Ranging from the Brand architecture to the range plan, Price strategy, Trend forecast, production strategy, and B2B / B2C sale strategy.
We designed and developed their kick-off SS23 Essential sportswear collection.
We developed their B2C webshop, in cooperation with the OCTA.MG team.
We developed their fulfillment strategy and partnership with one of our fulfillment partners.
